We understand that the tutoring process is not a 'one size fits all'.
That's why at Cresco Education, we take pride in matching the correct tutor to the correct student, using the steps outlined below.
The Steps

Student Analysis
We begin our process by identifying the key details about your child's academic goals. We then conduct a thorough analysis into their learning styles to initiate the matching process.

Tutor - Student Pairing
We carefully select one of our professional tutors whose expertise and teaching style aligns with the student's academic needs and preferences.

Trial Session
A trial session is arranged to allow the student and tutor time to connect. This is to ensure the student and family feel the tutor is a correct fit. In the rare occasion this is not the case, we will look to match the student with another tutor.

Initial Assessment
Following the session, the tutor will conduct an initial assessment. This is a detailed evaluation of the students' academic strengths and weaknesses, which forms the basis for the scheme of work to best suit the student's goals.

Personalised Learning Plan
Based on the initial assessment we develop a bespoke learning plan that is focused on achieving the student's specific academic objectives.

Tuition
Tuition sessions proceed with regular checks-ins, updates and detailed end-of-term reports to track progress and ensure ongoing success.
